HOW TO DO JOGGING AND IMPROVE YOUR BODY STRUCTURE

Hello everyone today's topic is very close to my heart and lots of things which I have achieved have been accomplished only by the topic which I will be sharing in this post

  • REGULARITY - first of all it's very important to give a proper dedicated time for this. You cant do this stuff in 5 or 10 mins. you can do jogging in 5 or 10 mins but through that, the core and the body structure will not have any impact. One should at least give 30 to 1 hour for jogging and that too should be regular. If you are regular enough then 20 mins will also work for you
  • STRENGTH TRAINING -  In the start, you need to give more time for jogging, and slowly as you continue for a longer period of time you can cut down the time and focus on strength training
  • SLOW JOG - The most important skill one should follow is to jog as slowly as he/she can. The main aim while jogging is not to do in speed or to just run. The main focus while doing jogging is to jump more and go less ahead this is the secret of jogging which is very simple but many don't follow.
  • JOG WITH JUMP - Try it out for at least 10 days where you will focus more on a jump and going slow ahead. It may feel you little uncomfortable at the start of your body may shake more due to weight that you will feel awkward doing in front of other people but trust me guys this will change your whole body structure and you will feel more confident with your body
  • JOG WITH FLOW - One needs to go with the flow to increase the speed of the jogging. slowly you will increase the speed in the jog as you feel lighter and eventually you will start running also normally. Very important is the continuity, as your age grows, if you are not dedicated you won't feel any change in your body.
  • JOG TO REJENUVATE - Now, what I am sharing is very important. A person does exercise or any physical activity to rejuvenate himself/herself. You have to not get tired while jogging. Your muscle may get fatigued but you should not.
  • BREATHE & JOG - while you start jogging in the start just focus on breathing from the nose and slowly increase the capacity of the lungs which jogging will help you. With time as you get better that you can increase the speed which is natural if you follow it properly. As the speed increases, then the focus gets more on exhaling from your mouth and you may inhale from the nose. Many people as they increase their speed, they inhale also from their mouth and even exhale from the mouth.
  • MEDITATE BEFORE JOGGING - The key to good jogging is a productive and focused time even when you are not jogging. If you meditate before jogging, then, that will be the best thing one can do
  •  GOOD WARM UP BEFORE JOGGING - One can do a proper warm-up exercise before jogging for 20 mins and a proper cool-down after the jogging, which will lead to an athlete's fitness.
