The forehand counter is one of the most Technical shots in Table Tennis 

Few points to remember while playing a Forehand counter 

  •           The angle of the Racket - Straight
  •           Timing of the ball - Top
  •           Where to it on the racket - the center of the Racket 
  •           Where to hit on the ball - 3'0 clock

Body- Position - Actions

  •         Elbow always close to Body 
  •         Non-Playing hand close to Body 
  •         Weight transfer from one leg to other
  •         Play from the core of the body
  •         back throw - point of contact - follow-through
