3 IMPORTANT POINTS A PLAYER CAN IMPLEMENT TO IMPROVE TABLE TENNIS AT A FASTER PACE

THE 3 IMPORTANT POINTS TO IMPROVE THE GAME AT A FASTER PACE

1. 30 mins of meditation before the practice- If a player keeps in mind to always do a 30 min meditation before the practice he will have a great positive impact on the game Doing meditation means to close the eyes and keep the focus on deep breathing, with time the player should improve the rhythm during breathing . If a player develops this skills his/her body awareness increases which lead to awareness in-game too.

2. Focus on breathing even when you are practicing  - The same kind of breathing pattern and deep breathing technique is developed even when you are practicing this will lead to much more sharpness in your game and even you will be much more alert than your opponent . You will develop a sense of pre knowing what your opponent is about to make a move, this helps a player to take the position much faster and even to hit the ball at a perfect timing and angle.

3. 30 mins meditation even after the practice - same kind on breathing patter should be followed even after the play . This will make us understand our mistakes, we can analyze our-self better than before and we can make a good decision on what to do next, tomorrow or the next session. once your play is done you will feel your body is light and with that your breathe gets more lighter which makes the air to move in the more upper direction of the body or triggering the upper chakras.

 IMPORTANT POINT :

1. Every day the breathing should be more intense and deep
2, More and more focus should be on the body rather than the technique, skills, etc
3, one should always keep the focus on the breathing even if he is leading or he is at zero(love) score he should keep the focus on breathing only. The players breathing pattern should not gets disturbed by the opponent player . If the opponent is good enough respect the player and keep the ball as much as you can on the table and improve your coordination skills other than playing a hard and rough shot just to win the match
4. Always try to look at a big picture rather than just trying to win every match . winning will come naturally with time and good focus within yourself.
