HOW TO DO JOGGING AND IMPROVE YOUR BODY STRUCTURE

Hello everyone today's topic is very close to my heart and lots of things which I have achieved have been accomplished only by the topic which I will be sharing in this post    REGULARITY - first of all it's very important to give a proper dedicated time for this. You cant do this stuff in 5 or 10 mins. you can do jogging in 5 or 10 mins but through that, the core and the body structure will not have any impact. One should at least give 30 to 1 hour for jogging and that too should be regular. If you are regular enough then 20 mins will also work for you  STRENGTH TRAINING -  In the start, you need to give more time for jogging, and slowly as you continue for a longer period of time you can cut down the time and focus on strength training  SLOW JOG -  The most important skill one should follow is to jog as slowly as he/she can. The main aim while jogging is not to do in speed or to just run. The main focus while doing jogging is to jump more and go les...

3 IMPORTANT POINTS A PLAYER CAN IMPLEMENT TO IMPROVE TABLE TENNIS AT A FASTER PACE

THE 3 IMPORTANT POINTS TO IMPROVE THE GAME AT A FASTER PACE  1. 30 mins of meditation before the practice - If a player keeps in mind to always do a 30 min meditation before the practice he will have a great positive impact on the game  Doing meditation means to close the eyes and keep the focus on deep breathing, with time the player should improve the rhythm during breathing . If a player develops this skills his/her body awareness increases which lead to awareness in-game too.  2. Focus on breathing even when you are practicing   - The same kind of breathing pattern and deep breathing technique is developed even when you are practicing this will lead to much more sharpness in your game and even you will be much more alert than your opponent . You will develop a sense of pre knowing what your opponent is about to make a move, this helps a player to take the position much faster and even to hit the ball at a perfect timing and angle. 3. 30 mins meditation even after...

WHAT IS "CHI" ENERGY AND HOW IT HELPS IN DEVELOPING TABLE TENNIS

first, let us understand the CHI energy chi energy is nothing but the movement of breathing or air within the body in a rhythmic manner through which our chakras are triggered and activated Now what you can do to activate your energy will be covered in a yet another post    How CHI energy helps in developing table tennis is as follows  whether you are looking to improve your timing, angle, actions, strategy, or mindset everywhere chi energy plays a major role.  A person has to understand that a player with a good breathing technique automatically understands the game in a much better way than a person who is not up to the mark in his breathing skills.  secondly, if there are 2 people with a good breathing technique then the person who is winning has a better mindset for playing the game. I will now cover one by one concept how it works Timing -  If you have developed your chi energy then automatically the body tries to play the short in a muc...

5 MOST ESSENTIAL POINTS IN YOUR INITIAL STAGE OF PLAYING TABLE TENNIS

so here are the top 5 most essential points as follows: A ball hitting the center of the Racket - At the initial level, it's very important to always hit the ball at the center of the racket which will increase the feel of the racket and the contact of the ball on the racket. while doing this practice it's not to see the ball hitting the racket at the center, one can easily feel the ball at the center of the racket even when you close the eyes               The angle of the Racket - The angle of the racket is very important at an early stage, it gets a little tough to understand whats the proper angle for a particular ball as it's tough to read the ball and see the rotation of the ball at the start so once you start playing the basic strokes at a proper angle than easily you can develop advance shots. advance shots are nothing other than a good base    Timing of the Ball - Every particular ball needs to hit at a particular time ...
